Once upon a time,in a small town known for its quirky residents, a new yuzu cider was introduced. The townsfolk were eager to try this unique concoction, as they had heard tales of its tantalizing flavors. They flocked to the brewery, where they proceeded to drink this new concoction. After, there was much rejoicing
One of our best customers turned 65 this year. In honor of this milestone, we invited him in to brew the beer of his dreams. I think we got close!!! A.A.R.Pete IPA is the beer Pete's been waiting 65 years to drink!!!! We went old school with the malt bill, then dry hopped it for 6.5 days with Amarillo amd El Dorado hops. Kviek yeast was used to bring out the citrusy flavors with a smooth finish. A.A.R.Pete IPA clocks in at a noble 6.5 ABV, making it the perfect beer when you're ready to retire to a comfy chair and enjoy the finer things in life.
